Tooth whitening also known as tooth bleaching when utilizing bleach is either the restoration of a natural tooth shade or whitening beyond the natural shade.

There are lots of methods which have been proven and tested to whiten teeth and a few of them are-

The way this toothpastes and mouthwashes work to brighten your smile is by employing polishers and abrasives that will remove surface stains and light discolouration. Again they can be combined with gentle chemical bleaching agents to whiten.

These agents will help remove stains and give the illusion of a whiter smile which keeps your mouth healthy in turn. it’s however a very good idea to use these as continued treatments before and after other whitening methods.

Unlike toothpastes and mouthwashes, whitening strips are full of peroxides and bleaches, so the results are generally more noticeable. The only thing you have to do is to apply the strips onto your teeth, wait for the recommended amount of time, peel them off and brush your teeth normally.

Simple right? This method results to whiter teeth from the first application!

A whitening polish:

This is also great for whitening teeth as it combines melaleuca oil and calcium to gently penetrate and remove excess plaque and bacteria for a shinier teeth. This has been known to help with cavities. It also gives your teeth a glassy professional cleaning feel and actually appear slightly whiter after use. It makes your mouth cleaner and fresher all day. If you are always on the go and a very busy person, we have great news for you. A whitening pen can be your savior. This product has increased strength because it goes as far as removing some of the yellow staining which gets embedded into your teeth.
