Tooth whitening also known as tooth bleaching when utilizing bleach is either the restoration of a natural tooth shade or whitening beyond the natural shade.

Now there are various ways an individual can go about this and whiten his teeth to feel better about himself and boost his confidence.

Using whitening toothpastes and mouthwashes:

A whitening polish:

This is also great for whitening teeth as it combines melaleuca oil and calcium to gently penetrate and remove excess plaque and bacteria for a shinier teeth. This has been known to help with cavities. It also gives your teeth a glassy professional cleaning feel and actually appear slightly whiter after use. It makes your mouth cleaner and fresher all day. An added advantage is that it is natural and tastes good.

A whitening pen:

This product has increased strength because it goes as far as removing some of the yellow staining which gets embedded into your teeth.
