Dental Insurance

NoFrills Dental Is An Accredited Global Insurance Provider. We have partnered with many dental insurance companies such as AIA, IHP, MHC, AON, Advantage Health Benefits, and more!

Our coverage for routine dental treatment typically includes teeth cleaning, fillings, extractions, x-rays and consultations.

Employee Dental Benefits

Most employees in Singapore enjoy some medical/dental coverage under their company’s group health insurance plans. Your Human Resource Department will be able to provide you information on your medical and dental benefits that you are entitled to.

Personal Dental Insurance

If you have existing personal health insurance policies that cover you for your dental/oral health treatments, do inform us about your claiming process, so that we may better assist you. NoFrills Dental participates in a variety of Insurance Programs, click here for the full list of partnership programs, that we’re a part of.

CHAS, Merdeka & Pioneer Generation

NoFrills Dental provides subsidised dental care for CHAS, Merdeka and Pioneer Generation cardholders. To receive CHAS, Pioneer Generation or Merdeka Generation subsidies for your dental treatment, please present your card and NRIC upon registration.

CHAS Orange

$50.00 to $170.50 subsidy per procedure (for dentures, crowns and root canal treatments only)

CHAS Blue

$11 to $256.50 subsidy per procedure (dependent on procedure)

Merdeka Generation

$16 to $261.50 subsidy per procedure (dependent on procedure)

Pioneer Generation

$21 to $266.50 subsidy per procedure (dependent on procedure)

Medisave

NoFrills Dental clinics are Medisave accredited by the Ministry of Health (MOH), Singapore. Patients who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents may be able to claim part of their surgical expenses from their CPF Medisave Account.

To do so, we will need the following documents:

  • Completed Medisave Authorisation Form for Day Surgery with signatures by both patient and/or Medisave Account Holder(s)
  • A photocopy of both sides of NRIC (patient and/or Medisave account holder)
  • Accurate information on your plan (type of plan and name of the insurer (if any)

How to pay with Medisave:

  • You may use your own or immediate family members’ Medisave
  • Some payment is required upfront after your visit, depending on the treatment/procedure. The portion that is claimable by Medisave need not be paid, as the Medisave will cover that sum.

Baby Bonus Scheme

NoFrills Dental is an approved medical institution under the Baby Bonus Scheme. You may use the funds in your child’s CDA (Child Development Account) to pay for dental treatment costs at any NoFrills Dental clinic.

To do so, we will need the following documents on your child’s dental appointment:

  • Your child’s birth certificate on his / her first visit, and your identification document.
  • The birth certificate need not be presented for subsequent visits to the same clinic. You will still need to present your identification document during registration.
  • NETS-CDA card for bill payment.
